        The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Executive and Administrative Officer of the Organization.  He/She is governed     by the chamber Board of Directors yet works with considerable independence.  The Executive Director is responsible for the     general management and coordination of all Chamber of Commerce activities, and directs all planning and implementation of     Chamber By-Laws, programs, policies, and procedures.  The Executive Director will lead the Chamber of Commerce toward     the fulfillment of its mission: to advance the economic, commercial, industrial, professional, cultural and civic welfare of the     Crestwood-Sunset Hills Community.

    Position Requirements:
    •     Strong communication skills, both written and oral.  May involve a high level of diplomacy and tact in dealing with     diverse groups, communities, businesses, volunteers and organization.
    • Strong sales background, with experience in fundraising for a not-for-profit organization preferred
    • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
    • Ability to be flexible in work schedule as some Chamber events are held outside of normal 9 to 5 business hours.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010, Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks 2007, Chambermaster and all social media platforms.  Some experience in graphic design a plus.
    • Strong office management skills.
