A: No, your registration will be verified at the event sign-in table. All guests and walk-in's must register at the sign-in table. Participants who are using a transferred or gifted ticket must have a copy of the original owner's ticket, or payment receipt, and an email or written statement indicating who the ticket is transferred to by providing the recipient's name, email, and phone number. Q: Can I update my registration information? A: Yes. Please email us at email@example.com, or call us at 314-833-9207, with your updated information. Q: Is my registration fee or ticket transferable? A: Yes, you may transfer your ticket to a different individual for the same event identified on the ticket. Tickets may not be transferred between different events. To transfer your ticket to a different individual, provide them a copy of your original email and add a statement from you containing the name, email, and phone number of the person you are transferring the ticket to. Either forward that email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a cc: to the new individual, or have that person bring a hard copy of the email to the sign-in table at the event. Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? A: Yes, as long as you have a statement from the original purchaser of the ticket to acknowledge you are the rightful possessor of the ticket. If you are in possession of a gifted ticket, ensure you sign-in at the registration table.
